Refund & Cancellation Policy

SchoolUp's paid subscriptions are sold by our order processor and authorized reseller, Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Dodo Payments handles billing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf. Your order is subject to Dodo Payments' Terms of Use as well as this policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with SchoolUp, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of any subscription renewal charge, no questions asked. Refund requests made after this 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@schoolup.academy with your order number or the email address used at checkout, or reach out via our Contact page. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Settings → Plan & billing, or by emailing us at the address above. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and any refund for that period is handled under the guarantee described above.

4. The Free Plan

SchoolUp does not offer a free trial of any paid plan. Our Free plan is free indefinitely and requires no payment method, so nothing on it can convert into a charge. You are billed only from the moment you choose Pro or Family and complete checkout, and the refund terms above apply from that point.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund request where we reasonably suspect abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
